RETURNS

To return an Iowa Trading Co. product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us at matt@iowatradingco.com and request one. Please let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you'd like to return, and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including items that are new/unused or show slight signs of wear. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping charges for products returned: We provide a prepaid, downloadable return shipping label for a flat fee of $5.00, which will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
