Iowa Trading Co. stands behind the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at matt@iowatradingco.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Subject to the criteria below, we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Iowa Trading Co. products are made to order and decorated in our Dubuque, Iowa shop using quality materials.

We send a proof for your approval before we print. Please check it carefully. We cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors in a proof you approved.
• Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design process.
• Errors in customer-selected options such as product type, color or size.
